AllyMerci Effective Date: 1 January 2025 Last Updated: May 2026

Summary: AllyMerci collects only the information needed to deliver our D2C scaling review service. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with AllyMerci — whether by visiting this website, booking a review session, or communicating with us — we may collect the following information:

  • Contact Information: Your name, email address, and phone number submitted via the booking form or Calendly.
  • Business Information: Details about your D2C brand, including monthly revenue, advertising channels, CAC, and scaling goals — shared voluntarily during or before the review session.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and device type collected automatically when you visit audit.allymerci.com.
  • Communication Data: Any messages or emails you send to us directly.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payments processed go through Razorpay's secure payment gateway, which operates under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To schedule, prepare for, and conduct your free 30-minute scaling review session.
  • To deliver post-session outputs including the Scaling Friction Map and Priority Action Roadmap.
  • To communicate with you about your session, follow-up, and any deeper engagement if applicable.
  • To improve the quality and structure of our diagnostic framework based on aggregated, anonymised insights.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to our business.

We will never use your business information to contact third parties, nor will we reference your brand publicly without your explicit written consent.

3. Data Sharing

AllyMerci does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We may share limited data with trusted service providers solely to operate our service:

  • Calendly: For scheduling review sessions. Calendly's privacy policy applies to data submitted through their platform.
  • Razorpay: For processing any payments. Razorpay processes payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliant privacy policy.
  • Meta (Facebook): We use the Meta Pixel on this website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This does not share your personal business information.
  • Email / Communication Tools: Used only for direct communication between you and AllyMerci.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in India.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and tracking technologies on this website:

  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors navigate the site so we can improve the experience.
  • Meta Pixel: A tracking pixel used to measure ad performance. You can opt out via Meta's Ad Preferences.
  • Calendly Embed: When the booking calendar loads, Calendly may set its own cookies for session management.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website functionality such as the booking calendar embed.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel at AllyMerci. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Business information shared during review sessions is retained for a maximum of 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure. You share information at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian data protection law (IT Act, 2000 and its amendments), you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time, noting this may affect our ability to serve you.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@allymerci.com. We will respond within 30 days.
